Refund Policy — AuraLight

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept refund requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible reasons for a refund:

• Defective or damaged product upon receipt
• Product not as described
• Order not received after 45 days

Required documents for any request:

• One or more clear photos of the received product showing the defect
• A photo of the packaging if it is damaged
• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue

Any request submitted without photo evidence will be automatically declined.

How to submit a request: Send all documents to [cocobobo3b@gmail.com] with the subject line "Refund Request - [order number]". We will process your request within 48 hours.

No physical return is required. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery or without the required proof cannot be processed.
